Job Description

Long Lines LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service to our internal and external clients as well as promoting and selling new products and services to assist the business in growing revenue year over year. Customer Service, Cash Handling and Call Center experience preferred

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
  • Ability to read, write and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communication in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner
  • Ability to use a 10-key adding machine
  • Ability to utilize problem solving techniques with high end cable TV equipment
  • Ability to use a personal computer and software applications (i.e. word processing, spreadsheet, cable billing system
  • Ability to work independently
  • Knowledge and ability to use general office equipment, computer, telephone, copier, fax machine, calculator
  • Knowledge of basic mathematics
  • General knowledge of cable television products and services
  • Knowledge of common phone etiquette
