The Sales and Services Support Specialist I provides ongoing, general administrative support to the WM Market Manager, Wealth Advisory Services staff, WAS Business Development Officers and/or Investments staff.

Responsibilities: 
1. Administrative Support:
   a. Composes and sends routine written correspondence.
   b. Creates mailing lists and utilizes mail merge function for mass mailings.
   c. Codes and retrieves information for/from OnBase data storage system.
   d. Arranges and coordinates meeting attendance, travel schedules and reservations.
   e. Is responsible for preparation for Administrative Review Committee and taking minutes.
   f. Assists with estate administration.
   g. Assist with tax processing as requested.
   h. Assists department staff, especially but not solely, Market Manager, Wealth Advisors, Business Development Officers and Investments staff, with special projects as requested.
   i. Codes and prepares departmental bills and expense reports for select individuals for submission to finance for payment.
   j. Proficiently and accurately prepares informational packets for Advisors and Business Development Officers.
   k. Provides back-up to other administrative support staff.
l. Fulfills responsibilities related to the Advent investment performance reporting system, including printing, distributing for review and mailing scheduled reports, running ad hoc reports, and completing file maintenance within the system.
2. Maintains adequate knowledge of all bank services to make appropriate referrals and meet established annual referral goals.

1. Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
2. 1-3 years professional office experience.
3. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
4. Experience with Financial Planning, CRM, Trust Accounting software is strongly desired.
5. Ability to support and receive instruction and direction from multiple staff members is required. 
6. Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills; responsible for meeting quality standards.
7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
8. Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
