Senior Software Engineer

Job Duties: Independently design modules for the company?s offender management software suite. Directly support the customer in determining new business requirements and answering resolving customer inquiries through data analysis. Lead the process of planning and developing sub-modules for the company?s offender management software suite.

Education and Experience Requirements: Master?s degree or foreign equivalent in computer science, computer information systems, or related field plus 3 years experience as Senior Software Engineer, Software Engineer, Programmer or similar duties under a different job title (or bachelor?s degree plus 5 years experience).

Specific skills or other requirements: Experience must include at least three years of the following: software development in a business setting, including developing using Object Oriented Programming techniques and working in framework driven development environment; software development using MS SQL Server or IBM DB/2 database engines, including designing database structures for applications that support over 1000 users concurrently and routinely store 400+ million rows per table; developing experience using VB.NET, Silverlight or Java.
