Jobing Description

Exciting opportunity for Executive Client Manager (in Iowa with responsibility for four other states) with preferred expertise in Government/Medicaid solutions to partners with the Client Relationship Executive to build an effective client plan and an implementation plan that addresses clients business needs (current and emerging), supports growth, provides measurable value, and increases client engagement/loyalty.

Establishes, cultivates and manages the customer relationship at multiple levels, (executive suite to solution owners) serving as a trusted business advisor/partner to the client.

Constantly assesses the value our solutions are delivering and leads team members to develop approaches that increase the value we provide and increase the impact Ingenix has on the clients business issues.

Proactively works with teams and clients to ensure the renewal of contracts and services.

Leads our cross functional client teams on the delivery of all services, works with the team to address performance issues and manages any issues with our standards/obligations.

Responsible for the Delivery Assurance efforts including early sales stage reviews and large deal reviews, as well as post contract reviews through implementation.

Ensures the realization of revenue and client P&L from all new solution sales. Works with the business units to leverage the right staffing and joint success plans to achieve our pro-forma financial targets.

Leads team efforts for organic growth from existing services. Works closely with the CRE to support the expansion of our solutions into new service areas (e.g. increase penetration of services).

Key executive liaison between our clients and Optum BU leaders.

Success will be measured as part of the overall client plan by:
1) Client Engagement
Client loyalty improvement
Quarterly scorecard communications to client
Post engagement evaluations

2) Team Engagement
Engagement of internal resources to support clients needs and issues

3) Financial Results
Achievement of year over year growth in total revenue
Realization of revenue from new sales
Organic growth
Client level P&L

4) Penetration
Increased services and solutions contracted

Skills / Requirements

Minimum 5+ years experience working with senior-level c-suite executives in the Medicaid/State Government space demonstrating progressively increasing responsibility for client relationship management and consultation
Excellent negotiation/influence, collaboration, and listening skills.
Healthcare experience preferred
Experience in program/project management with large complex solutions (e.g. outsourcing and BPO)
Undergraduate degree required. An advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MHA) is preferred
