The Director will guide the strengths, leadership, and resilience that students from traditionally marginalized groups bring to the College into the foundation of a life-long successful relationship with the Grinnell family and social justice. The Director creatively will engage and network our students, faculty, staff, and alumni in a more vibrant and forward-looking vision for an inclusive Grinnell.
