COORDINATOR OF INTERCULTURAL LIFE & LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS
The student activities office at St. Ambrose University is seeking a coordinator of intercultural life & leadership programs. Primary duties include providing the vision, oversight and initiative toward implementing comprehensive intercultural life and leadership programs. Qualified applicants will possess a demonstrated enthusiasm, understanding and willingness to work with diverse student, faculty and staff populations.
Preferred applicants will have an earned Masters degree (bachelors plus experience required) in college student personnel, counseling or a related field of study. Preferred applicants will also possess demonstrated awareness of diverse student needs, leadership development techniques and effective cultural competency initiatives. Support of diversity work group strategic initiatives and fostering growth of diverse student organizations is expected.
