Scope of Job:
On-Site HPW: 350-900 FT equivalent: 9?25 employees
Direct Reports: Security Officers, Shift Supervisors, Floaters, Base Operators & Front Desk Information Attendants as specified by the account.

Description:
Supervise the day to day operations of the account. Build, improve and maintain relationships with both clients and employees; develop and retain staff; coordinate needed support services to effectively run the account to meet or exceed financial and operational goals and provide quality customer service.

Essential Functions:
? Build AlliedBarton reputation and profitability through excellent customer service to our clients.
? Manage difficult or emotional customer service situations; respond promptly to customer needs, solicit feedback to improve service, meet commitments.
? Achieve targeted business objectives for operations including, but not limited to, revenue, client satisfaction, non-billed overtime, and internal quality assurance and performance management.
? Ensure company principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, retention, selection and employee relations are adhered to regarding managed accounts.
? Ensure staff receive proper training commensurate with job responsibilities and that such training is properly documented.
? Motivate and teach security officers and supervisors to properly and legibly prepare and submit appropriate reports to include sign-in sheets and incident reports.
? Ensure the proper post orders are prepared and presented to the customer for review and approval.
? Oversee and manage administrative and operational functions including payroll, scheduling, recruiting/selection, training, etc. for the account.
? Coach, counsel, and develop personnel to allow for their proficiency and growth.
? Maintain confidentiality of all information and data.
? Keep records and prepare accurate and timely feedback / reports as required.
? Work with District Area Manager to ensure the AlliedBarton and State Compliance/PERC requirements are upheld.
